The Philadelphia Phillies are the oldest continuous, one-name, one-city franchise in all of professional American sports, dating all the way back to 1883. The Phillies are part of the Eastern Division of Major League Baseball's National League. Since 2004, the team's home has been Citizens Bank Park. The Phillies have won two World Series championships (the first against Kansas City in 1980 and most recently against Tampa Bay in 2008) and seven National League pennants, the first of which in 1915. The Phillies struggled for many years before turning things around with now current coach, Charlie Manuel. Phillies have won their division five times in a row since 2007.
